Hands in Hands is a 5-star licensed in-home facility that was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina. Serving children ages 6 months through 6 years old, Hands in Hands served the Triangle with farm-to-table meals, nature walks, and exploration out in the elements during all four seasons for 5 years. 

 After a purposeful call to serve through movement, Hands in Hands is excited to bring developmental freedom, fresh produce and wild imaginations to the Triad. We are excited to serve toddlers, preschoolers and school aged children during 1st & 3rd shifts and are just a call away in Greensboro.
